Purpose
The purpose of this PR is to make the necessary docker boxes for Piwik statistics to run.
Changes
This PR creates 3 docker containers: the Piwik container which is built upon php-apache which is linked to a separate mysql container, and the container for Tornadik.
Side Effects
No known for now
WIP
Torndik needs to be fully implemented before production. Requires API v2 docker container to link for Tornadik/Piwik interaction. Testing containers requires API v2 and Tornadik to be finished. This PR serves as a placeholder for what will eventually be pushed.
